When asked to join as a mentor I was honored, not only to expand on my skills as a mentor with the company I work with, but to also help others outside my organization. Helping others achieve their goals fits the picture of the program, not only are they growing (building) but so am I. Every situation will require a new prospective on action plans to see the progression of that individual, thankfully this is a team environment so both Mentor and Mentee must set goals keeping both parties engaged, tied with the Support of the Building Builders program forms a group with all the skills needed to reach the mentees goals.”
