During my visit to the production plant, I learned about the project development process from the design stage – using 3D software that manages routes, locations, quantities, and components – through to the manufacturing stage.
Upon entering the production area, staff at each workstation clearly and instructively explained their tasks and activities, demonstrating, in real time, the use of equipment and tools, the products in progress, and the finished goods.
Overall, visiting this factory was a valuable experience and a great way to better understand part of the supply chain process behind construction projects.”
